Mission

MSU UCI aims to build a strong community united in purpose and values. The MSU will foster community by providing intentional, accessible, and engaging opportunities for our members to gain and implement knowledge. We will foster meaningful and intentional brotherhood and sisterhood by planning social events to bring our community together. We will strive to better our organization constantly through constantly seeking and implementing member feedback.

Vision

We aim to build to a community that pursues knowledge, fosters meaningful companionship (Ṣuḥbah), and strives to grow into the best version of itself (Jihād al-Nafs / Tazkiyah).

Goal

The Muslim Student Union (MSU) at UC Irvine is a religious student organization which seeks to serve the Muslim student community by providing religious services and fostering social, spiritual, educational, and moral development in a way that compels Muslim students to contribute positively and uniquely to the campus community and beyond. We seek to be a hub for Muslim students on campus, allowing them to develop and grow and gain a community around them during their time at UCI.
